FightSaber is a voluntary, not-for-profit costumed performance group of Star Wars enthusiasts promoting multi-generational fandom and appreciation for the Star Wars films.

FightSaber’s fight choreography is inspired by not only the epic lightsaber battles in the Star Wars films but also Chinese martial arts films and Western action films.

Members of FightSaber create their own characters. They can choose to be a Jedi, a Sith, a Bounty Hunter or a neutral character. These characters, along with their individual stories, come together in a battle of good versus evil.

About FightSaber

FightSaber is an international Star Wars lightsaber performance and costuming organisation. Recognised by Lucasfilm, FightSaber is the premier lightsaber performance organisation in Southeast Asia with teams in Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, the Philippines and Malaysia.

Set up in 2010, it aims to bring high-action, kinesthetic performances and re-enactments of lightsaber duels from the Star Wars movies to the masses, to promote greater appreciation for stage choreography as a dramatic and theatrical art form.
